Hi! I'm Samantha and I have lived in Northwest Arkansas for most of my life. The little bit of time I have lived outside of it was just enough to know that I wouldn't want to live anywhere else! 

I went to school in Fayetteville all the way from Butterfield Elementary, to Woodland Jr High, to Fayetteville High School, and then ultimately to the University of Arkansas where I graduated with my nursing degree in 2008. 

Now, in 2025, after 20 years of working in the nursing field, (first as a CNA/student nurse and then for 16 years as an RN) and after the birth of our 2 beautiful daughters in the past 3 years, I have decided to switch it up and join my husband Patrick in real estate. 

After watching him thrive in the business for 5 years now, and after a year of assisting him with his social media marketing and business planning, I eventually realized I enjoy the industry and felt I had a lot more to offer, but the only way to do that was to get a license and become a Realtor also. 

I know that a lot of the skills I developed as a nurse will be invaluable to me as a real estate agent. My sharpened critical thinking skills, ability to problem solve in high-stress situations, and a very strong code of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality will serve us both well in my role as your fiduciary.

I am SO excited to help everyone in this community grow and thrive in NWA by helping them meet all their real estate goals.
